Devotion
In 1 Peter 4:10 we read:
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”
Every believer has a role to play. No one is giftless, and no gift is useless. The tragedy is failing to discover and use what God has placed inside us. When we don’t exercise our spiritual gifts, we miss opportunities to impact lives and expand God’s Kingdom.
1 Corinthians 12:4–6 further explains:
“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.”
God intentionally designed diversity within His Church. Yet unity remains our foundation—one Spirit, one mission, one source of power. When you function in your area of giftedness, you reflect His image and strengthen the body of Christ.
Let’s stop walking through life with spiritual blinders. It’s time to turn on the power by identifying your gifts and using them boldly. As we serve others in love, we mirror the heart of Christ.
A Morning Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for blessing me with spiritual gifts, uniquely designed for Your service. Help me to recognize, develop, and use them faithfully. Awaken what has been dormant and make me a steadfast steward of Your amazing grace. Amen.

Life Application
Scripture: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others” (1 Peter 4:10).
God has placed divine gifts within you for a reason. Don’t bury them—develop and share them.
- ✔️ Identify at least one spiritual gift God has given you.
- ✔️ Pray for ways to use it this week to serve someone.
- ✔️ Write down how using your gift brings joy to others.
- ✔️ Encourage another believer to discover their gifts too.
As faith in action grows, so does your effectiveness in advancing His Kingdom.
