Don’t let the fear of missing out (FOMO) on temporary things rob you of the lasting joy found only in Christ. As Philippians 4:19 promises, “And my God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

Even when life feels dangerous or uncertain, I will not panic.
Why? Because You, Lord, are right beside me—Your protection and guidance bring me comfort.
You prepare blessings for me even when others oppose me.

And one day, I’ll live with You, Lord, forever.
This modern version keeps the heart of David’s song but places it into language we can internalize today. When we truly believe God will supply your needs, anxiety loses its grip. Worldly FOMO fades, and only one thing remains vital—Christ Himself.
Let your heart meditate on this daily. Jesus told us in John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you.” This is your inheritance. Accept His gift.
