Heavenly Father, transform our hearts and renew our minds so we may listen intently to Your Son, Jesus. Remove every veil that keeps us from Your glory. Amen.

Introduction
Listen to Him and let Jesus transform you. When the veil lifts and your heart tunes in to His voice, real change begins to take root. Listen to Him daily, for that is the divine command echoing from the mountaintop where Jesus was transfigured. In that sacred moment, God spoke clearly: Jesus must be heard. As we reflect on this revelation, we understand that transformation begins through listening and grows through renewal.
Transformed by the Voice of Jesus
“And a cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came out of the cloud, ‘This is my beloved Son; LISTEN TO HIM.’” (Mark 9:7)
Jesus invited Peter, James, and John up the mountain to witness His divine glory. There, His clothes became dazzling white as the radiant presence of God surrounded them. Yet the most powerful moment came through the Father’s voice, declaring, “Listen to Him.”
That same command still calls to us today. To be transformed, we must first listen intentionally. When we pause, silence distractions, and focus on His words, Jesus speaks life directly into our souls. Because of this, transformation starts not with striving but with surrender—by paying close attention to the Savior’s voice.
Do not Be Conformed
Paul confirms this in Romans 12:2: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” This kind of renewal changes how we think, desire, and live. Moreover, it continues each time we look to Jesus for guidance.
As 2 Corinthians 3:16–18 explains, “When one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed… and we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.” The more we turn toward Him, the more clearly we see His beauty—and the more deeply He reshapes us.
Transformation thrives when we lift the veil and fix our eyes and ears on Christ. Proverbs 23:7 reminds us, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Our thoughts shape our character and actions. Therefore, when we listen to Jesus, we begin to think like Him, love like Him, and live like Him.
Today, let His voice rise above every other. Don’t just hear—truly listen to Him.
