Every person carries chains of some kind. Some are visible, while others remain hidden deep within the heart. Chains of addiction, fear, shame, bitterness, anxiety, guilt, unforgiveness, or despair can quietly imprison the soul. Many people spend years trying to break free through willpower alone, only to discover the chains still remain.
