“that which we have SEEN AND HEARD we proclaim also to you, SO THAT YOU TOO may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. And we are writing these things so that our joy may be complete.”
1 John 1:3-4
John wrote this some 50 years after he walked with Jesus throughout Jesus’ ministry to include the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension.
John, in his wisdom did not want us to miss what he witnessed and experienced.
John heard Jesus say to Martha; Just Believe!
“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever BELIEVES IN ME, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and BELIEVES IN ME, shall never die. DO YOU BELIEVE THIS?”
John 11:25
